目的 探讨木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病合并周围神经病变的临床效果.方法 选取2014年1月~2015年2月在我院接受糖尿病合并周围神经病变治疗的97例患者作为研究对象,进行随机分组;分别使用弥可保进行治疗(参照组,48例)及使用木丹颗粒进行治疗(研究组,49例).结果 研究组治疗效果更好,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病合并周围神经病变的临床效果好,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,且安全性高.

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of mudan particles in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Selected 97 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into used insurable treatment ( the control group, 48 cases ) and the used of mudan particles treated ( the study group, 49 cases ).Results The treatment group effect was better,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Mudan particles in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is good, can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and high safety.
