Law firms of special ordinary partnership is undoubtedly a great undertaking of professional service organizations in the form of legislation during these 10 years. The advantage partnership is specialization, enormous scale and internationalization. However, law firms of special ordinary partnership are not quite popular because standards for setting up such a firm are too high and there are some misunderstandings concerning the legal liabilities of the firm. The solution is to establish the rule of direct liability, improve the annual inspection system of a law firm, perfect relevant regulations and seek positive policies. By doing so, we can foresee a prosperous future of law firms of special ordinary partnership in China.
