通过问卷调查法对浙江省276名高校教师进行调查,对收集到的数据进行描述性统计分析和变量中介作用分析,得到以下结论:高校教师工作满意度处于中等水平;社会支持对高校教师有直接的正向影响作用,也通过影响高校教师的自我效能感对工作满意度产生间接的作用。高校应通过建立公平的薪酬激励体制、营造和谐的人际关系、加强教师队伍建设等方面为教师提供主观支持以及客观支持,以此来提高其工作满意度。

The study adopted questionnaire to survey 232 college teachers in Zhejiang province. Through the data, the study made descriptive statistics analysis and variable intermediary role analysis and got the following conclusions: university teachers' job satisfaction was at the medium level and social support had a direct positive influence on college teachers’ role. Meanwhile, it also could influence the job satisfaction by influencing the self-efficacy of college teachers. The study put forward to establish a fair salary incentive system, create a harmonious interpersonal relationship, and strengthen teachers’ team construction to provide subjective support and objective support. These are suggestions to promote job satisfaction.
