建立企业运营效率相关的投入产出指标,选取我国通信设备制造业上市公司2013年的截面数据,运用 DEA的方法对企业运营效率进行研究。结果表明,我国通信设备制造业上市公司整体效率较佳,DEA 有效的企业占整个行业的40%,运营效率投入产出平均综合技术效率、平均纯技术效率、平均规模效率分别为0.924、0.931、0.993。

In this paper,an input-output index system related to operational efficiency is established and the financial data of the listed companies in year 2013is collected to analyze the operational efficiency of communication equipment manufacturing industry with the DEA method.Results show that the efficiency of communication equipment manufacturing industry is in a suitable situation as a whole and 40% of the enterprises are effective.The average overall efficiency of input and output operational efficiency,average pure technical efficiency and average pure scale efficiency are 0.924, 0.931 and 0.993 respectively.
