为了解决桐梓无烟煤洗选带来的问题,根据桐梓无烟煤、北方烟煤、石油焦、气化细渣的煤质分析结果,进行了配煤试验。试验结果表明,按桐梓无烟煤∶北方烟煤∶气化细渣∶石油焦=6.0∶2.5∶1.0∶0.5(质量比)配煤的效果最好,可制备出浓度稳定、符合气化炉要求的水煤浆,产气率提高10%左右,吨氨煤耗降低约500 kg,取得了明显的经济效益和环境效益。

In order to solve problems brought up with dressing by washing Tongzi anthracite coal, based on coal quality analysis results of Tongzi anthracite coal,north bituminous coal,petroleum coke and fine slag of gasification,the coal blending experiment is carried out.Experiment results show that when coal blending ratio of anthracite coal∶north bituminous coal∶fine slag∶petroleum coke =6.0∶2.5 ∶1.0∶0.5 (mass fraction),the effect of coal blending is the best,the coal-water slurry made is concentration stable and meets the requirements of gasification,the gas production rate increases by about 10%,coal consumption per ton of ammonia decreases by about 500 kg,significant economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
