In connection with problems arisen in use of isothermal shift process and characteristics of cobalt molybdenum based sulfur tolerant shift catalyst,i.e.,wide reaction temperature range,the temperature controlled shift conversion technology is proposed,and its technical advantages are presented in detail.Industrial application shows that temperature controlled shift conversion technology has features of simple process flow,low system resistance,easy operation,less investment and small land occupation,and low cost,high efficiency,safe operation of shift conversion unit are achievable.
