Because of the obvious defects existing in original design,there is a bigger control fluctuation of ratio of ammonia and acid in use of neutralized exhaust gas condenser for ammonium nitrate production plant,resulting in corrosion of heat exchange tubes and equipment.During product changing into ammonium nitrate phosphate fertilizer of the plant,renovation of the condenser is carried out by using an idle coal economizer,and good results are obtained.
