以心理契约视角,采用探索性分析和验证分析,对浙江省十所独立学院604名被试的调查研究表明,独立学院兼职教师心理契约结构是二维的,包括基本型责任和人际型责任,需要采取如下管理策略:及时支付具有优势的课酬;重视对教学业绩的评估并同课酬相挂钩;重视沟通作用,做好归因管理。

The article used exploratory analysis and verification analysis to investigate 604 participants from 10 independent colleges in Zhejiang Province in the perspective of the rough psychological contract. The results showed that the two-dimensional structure of independent college part-time teachers involved interpersonal responsibility and basic liability. It consequently suggested that it is of great significance to enhance management of part-time teachers in terms of timely advantageous salary pay, teaching performance and remuneration linked to salary, communication and sense of attribution.
