目的:研究认知行为训练团体辅导对大学生社会适应能力的改善效果,为提升大学生心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法随机选取84名在校二年级本科生为实验对象,一组作为实验对象进行8周的认知行为团体辅导,另一组为对照组,辅导后两组学生采用《中国大学生适应量表》来评估个体社会适应能力所达到的水平。结果实验组学生在人际关系适应、情绪适应、学习适应、择业适应和满意度5个方面分数高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为团体辅导对于改善大学生的适应能力有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of cognitive behavioral training group tutorship at improving social adaptiation a-bility in college students,to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health level of college students. Methods Randomly selected 84 students in the second grade college students as experimental subjects, a group as experimental sub-jects were eight weeks cognitive behavioral group toturship, the other group was the control group, after the two groups of students tutorship , guidance by college students “Chinese adaptation scale” to assess individual social adaptation lev-el . Results The experimental group students in interpersonal adaptation, emotional adaptation, learning adaptation, career adaptation and satisfaction of the five scores higher than the control group, there were satistic differences between the two groups P<0.05. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral group tutorship has important significance for improving students adaptiation ability.
