随着互联网时代的到来,依托网络文化和网络环境而形成的现代网络社会对青少年的意识形态、道德准则价值观念和生活方式产生了革命性的冲击.在研究国家软科学计划项目"未成年人网络保护问题研究"的基础上,文章结合北京市公安局"网安启明星"项目对青少年网络保护情况进行了深入分析,指出了我国青少年网络保护面临的主要问题,提出了以政府、社会、学校、家庭、个人共同构建起五维一体的"金字塔"式保护框架.

With the advent of the Internet era, the modern network society, relying on the network culture and network environment, has a revolutionary impact on the ideology, value and life style of young people. We present the main problems faced by China Youth Network protection is proposed, in which the government, society, school, family and individual and work together to build a ifve into one of the "pyramid" type protection framework.
