目的 观察桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊对慢性鼻窦炎术后患者恢复的影响.方法 将62例慢性鼻窦炎拟行手术治疗的患者分为两组,对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗.结果 治疗组VAS评分、愈合时间以及总治愈率均优于对照组, P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊可减轻慢性鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛程度,促进其康复.

Objective To observe the eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules on postoperative recovery of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 62 cases of chronic sinusitis to surgical treatment of patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group given fluticasone propionate nasal spray treatment, the treatment group in the control group given on the basis of eucalyptus twist pinic enteric capsules. Results The treatment group patients VAS score, healing time and the total cure rate was better than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules can reduce postoperative pain in patients with chronic sinusitis, promote the recovery.
