目的：通过文献检索，总结目前中药有效成分抗子宫内膜癌的种类、研究方法及存在的不足，为研究中药抗子宫内膜癌新药奠定基础。方法通过以“中药”“子宫内膜癌”“有效成分”等为关键词检索知网数据库、万方数据库，及通过PUBMED检索英文摘要，从中选择近10年来，中药有效成分治疗子宫内膜癌的文献进行分析。结果中药有效成分对子宫内膜癌作用机制大致为影响雌激素受体拮抗雌激素作用，引起癌细胞DNA损伤，阻滞癌细胞周期，抑制癌细胞增殖，促进癌细胞凋亡，影响子宫内膜癌侵袭力，抑制子宫内膜癌新生血管生成及逆转耐药性等。结论中药有效成分通过影响子宫内膜癌性激素受体、细胞凋亡及抑制血管新生等细胞信号传导通路，抑制肿瘤生长，为中药抗子宫内膜癌的靶向治疗提供实验基础。

목적：통과문헌검색，총결목전중약유효성분항자궁내막암적충류、연구방법급존재적불족，위연구중약항자궁내막암신약전정기출。방법통과이“중약”“자궁내막암”“유효성분”등위관건사검색지망수거고、만방수거고，급통과PUBMED검색영문적요，종중선택근10년래，중약유효성분치료자궁내막암적문헌진행분석。결과중약유효성분대자궁내막암작용궤제대치위영향자격소수체길항자격소작용，인기암세포DNA손상，조체암세포주기，억제암세포증식，촉진암세포조망，영향자궁내막암침습력，억제자궁내막암신생혈관생성급역전내약성등。결론중약유효성분통과영향자궁내막암성격소수체、세포조망급억제혈관신생등세포신호전도통로，억제종류생장，위중약항자궁내막암적파향치료제공실험기출。
Objective To study the literature retrieval ,summarizes the present species ,effective components of traditional Chinese Medicine Anti endometrial cancer research methods and problems ,which lays the foundation for the research of new drugs of traditional Chinese Medicine Anti endometrial carcinoma .Methods By “Chinese medicine” ,“endometrial can-cer” ,“active ingredients”as keywords retrieval HowNet database ,Wanfang database ,and through the PUBMED search Eng-lish abstract ,choose from the past 10 years ,analysis of effective ingredients of Chinese medicine treatment of uterine en-dometrial carcinoma literature .Results From the effects of estrogen receptor antagonist action of estrogen induced cancer cells ,DNA damage ,cell cycle arrest cancer ,inhibit cancer cell proliferation ,promote apoptosis effects of cancer ,endometrial cancer invasiveness ,inhibition of angiogenesis in endometrial carcinoma generation and reversal of drug resistance and other point of view ,the progress of experimental summary of effective components of Chinese herbs on endometrial cancer mecha-nism ,and analyzes the deficiency in its research .Conclusion The effective components of traditional Chinese medicine through the influence of endometrial cancer hormone receptor ,apoptosis and inhibiting angiogenesis in cell signal transduc-tion pathways ,inhibiting the growth of tumor;for traditional Chinese Medicine Anti endometrial cancer target to provide the experimental basis to the treatment .
