根据光纤陀螺在实际应用环境中温度的干扰,分析了光纤陀螺的内部热源,建立光纤环随温度变化的数学模型,设计和完成了光纤环在全温范围(-40℃~+60℃)的温度实验,分析光纤环的内外温差,确定补偿模型的系数,并对光纤陀螺在全温范围内的测试输出进行补偿。经验证,通过热设计和温度补偿有机结合的方式,光纤陀螺的零偏稳定性可以提高一倍,可以保证光纤陀螺长时间的稳定性和精度。

In this paper,an analysis of the internal heat source of fiber optic coil is carried out according to the temperature interference in the practical application and a mathematical model of the fiber coil with changeable temperature is built.Temperature experiments of the fiber optic coil within range from -40℃ to +60℃ are designed and completed,and the difference of the temperature between inside and outside the fiber coil is analyzed to determine the factor of the compensation model.The output of fiber optic gyroscope is compensated over the full temperature range.Experiments show that the bias stability can be doubled through the organic combination of the thermal design and the temperature compensation,and the long-term stability and accuracy can be ensured.
