Inviting the retired teachers to work as the special members of party construction organization is an ef-fective measure to strengthen and improve the development of party members and party construction. Take the spe-cific role of invited retired teacher as the starting point, deeply analyze the problems which are exist in invitingspe-cial member of party construction organization, combined with the practical situation of higher vocational colle-ges,thenoffer some suggestions for the further strengthening of the party construct works with the help of invited members.
