为了检验武钢研发的高强度级别工程机械用钢HG785的焊接性能是否满足工程技术要求,加快该钢种的推广应用,对20 mm和40 mm规格HG785钢的冷裂纹敏感性、焊接工艺性能、焊接材料及焊接热影响区、焊缝性能变化规律进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,20 mm规格以下HG785钢可实现无预热焊接,等强匹配WER80焊丝气体保护焊接接头力学性能亦达到该钢种工程技术要求。

In order to verify whether the weldability of high strength steel HG785 used for engineering machinery can meet the requirements of engineering technology, it should speed up the popularization and application of this steel grade. In this article, it studied 20 mm and 40 mm HG785 steel from several aspects, including cold cracking sensitivity, welding process performance, welding material, change rule of HAZ and weld properties. The results indicated that HG785 steel below 20 mm can realize welding without preheating, and the mechanical properties of welded joints by adopting gas shielded welding with same strength matching WER80 wire also reach the requirements of this steel engineering technology.
