某医院对全院医疗信息化综合处理平台升级后对原有的激光式自助取单机进行了更新换代,应用了全新的门诊化验室自助取单系统,该系统为工作在LIS(实验室信息管理系统)系统下的集叫号、查询、化验报告单打印于一身的自助操作系统。自助取单系统下的新型热敏式自助取单机于门诊检验窗口应用后,对于患者自助取单时造成的拥挤阻塞情况有明显改善,自助取单效率得到显著提高,运行成本有所下降,对比应用前后的综合效益存在明显不同。该研究着重介绍了热敏式自助取单机在大中型医疗集团的应用优势,展望在改变运行条件和调整应用思路的情况下未来热敏式自助取单机的应用前景及发展方向。

This paper describes the thermal stand-alone applications to take advantage of self-service in medium and large medical groups, look at changes in operating conditions and adjust the application of heat-sensitive self-service ideas take a stand-alone application prospects and development direction in the future.
