目的 探讨冠心病患者接受血液检验指标的临床效果.方法 选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院冠心病患者70例,其中心绞痛40例、急性心肌梗死30例,选择同期的40名健康体检者进行对比分析.对三组的红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血小板计数(PLT)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)进行比较.结果 健康组红细胞分布宽度低于其他两组,且健康组和心绞痛组患者的心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌肌钙蛋白I、及肌酸激酶同工酶、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T的水平高于急性心肌梗死患者,且急性心肌梗死患者的心肌肌钙蛋白I上升倍率最高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;其他指标无统计学差异性,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义.结论 心肌肌钙蛋白I可以作为心肌损伤的最佳指标,冠心病患者的血小板参数在不同的病情阶段有不同的波动.

목적 탐토관심병환자접수혈액검험지표적림상효과.방법 선취2013년1월~2014년12월아원관심병환자70례,기중심교통40례、급성심기경사30례,선택동기적40명건강체검자진행대비분석.대삼조적홍세포분포관도(RDW)、혈소판계수(PLT)、심기기개단백T(cTnT)、심기기개단백I(cTnI)、급기산격매동공매(CK-MB)、혈소판분포관도(PDW)、평균혈소판체적(MPV)、혈소판압적(PCT)、고민심기기개단백T(hs-cTnT)진행비교.결과 건강조홍세포분포관도저우기타량조,차건강조화심교통조환자적심기기개단백T、심기기개단백I、급기산격매동공매、고민심기기개단백T적수평고우급성심기경사환자,차급성심기경사환자적심기기개단백I상승배솔최고,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의;기타지표무통계학차이성,P>0.05,차이불구유통계학의의.결론 심기기개단백I가이작위심기손상적최가지표,관심병환자적혈소판삼수재불동적병정계단유불동적파동.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the blood test index in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 70 cases of in patients with coronary heart disease from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, 40 cases of angina pectoris and 30 cases of acute myocardial infarction, and then selected the same period of 40 healthy persons were compared and analyzed. On three groups of red blood cell distribution width ( RDW ), platelet count ( PLT ), cardiac troponin T ( cTnT ), cardiac troponin I ( cTnI ), and MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase ( CK-MB ), platelet distribution width ( PDW ), mean platelet volume ( MPV ), platelet hematocrit ( PCT ), high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T ( HS cTnT ) were compared.Results The red cell distribution width as healthy group than in the other two groups was lower, and the health group and angina pectoris patients with myocardial troponin T, cardiac troponin I, and creatine kinase isoenzyme, high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T levels than patients with acute myocardial infarction to high,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, myocardial troponin in patients with acute myocardial infarction I rise was the highest rate, other indexes had no signiifcant difference,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Cardiac troponin I can be used as the best indicator of myocardial injury, and the platelet parameters in patients with coronary heart disease have different lfuctuations in different stages of disease.
