腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病，腰腿痛是其主要临床表现。手术治疗和非手术治疗是其最主要的治疗方法，尤其国内采用非手术治疗取得了近期和远期的满意疗效。牵引作为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的重要非手术疗法之一，无明显并发症，是一种基础、有效的治疗方法。本文将就牵引对腰椎间盘生物力学的改变、不同体位牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效进行归纳总结。

Lumbar disc herniation is a kind of clinical common and frequently-occurring disease, low back pain is the main clinical manifestation. Surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment are the most common therapies, especially domestic non-surgical treatment has the short-term and long-term satisfaction efficacy. Traction is one of the most important non-operative treatment on lumbar disc herniation, without obvious complica-tion, which is a kind of basic and effective therapy. This article summarizes the biomechanics changes and clinical efficacy of traction on lumbar in-tervertebral disc protrusion.
