目的:分析贵阳市部分医院CT机质量控制现状,为进一步加强医用CT机质量控制管理工作提供依据。方法依据国家标准(GB17589-2011)对贵阳市部分医院24台CT机进行质量控制检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果首次检测结果合格率为87.5%,其中CTDIw(头部)值检测合格率为91.7%,CT值(水)、噪声、低对比可探测能力检测合格率均为87.5%,重建层厚偏差、均匀性、CT值线性检测合格率均为95.8%,其余参数合格率均为100%。经工程师现场调试后,CT机检测合格率达到100%。结论对各医院CT机定期进行质量控制检测,能有效保证CT机的安全运行,以确保在获得足够诊断信息的前提下尽可能地降低患者受照剂量。

목적:분석귀양시부분의원CT궤질량공제현상,위진일보가강의용CT궤질량공제관리공작제공의거。방법의거국가표준(GB17589-2011)대귀양시부분의원24태CT궤진행질량공제검측,병대검측결과진행분석。결과수차검측결과합격솔위87.5%,기중CTDIw(두부)치검측합격솔위91.7%,CT치(수)、조성、저대비가탐측능력검측합격솔균위87.5%,중건층후편차、균균성、CT치선성검측합격솔균위95.8%,기여삼수합격솔균위100%。경공정사현장조시후,CT궤검측합격솔체도100%。결론대각의원CT궤정기진행질량공제검측,능유효보증CT궤적안전운행,이학보재획득족구진단신식적전제하진가능지강저환자수조제량。
Objective To analyze the status of CT quality control in some hospitals in Guiyang,and provide the basis for fur-ther strengthening the quality control management of medical CT. Methods According to the national standard (GB17589-2011),to carry on quality control testing for 24 sets of CT in some hospitals in Guiyang,and analyze the results of testing. Results The passing rate of the first testing was 87.5%, the passing rate of CTDIw (head) of which was 91.7%,the passing rate of the value of CT (water), noise, low contrast detection ability was 87.5%,the passing rate of reconstruction thickness deviation, uniformity, linear of CT value was 95.8%, the passing rate of the other parameters was 100%. Through on-site commissioning by engineer,the passing rate of CT testing reached 100%. Conclusion Regular quality control testing for CT in hospital, can effectively guarantee the safe operation of CT,and reduce the patient dose as much as possible while obtain-ing the sufficient diagnostic information.
