鲍曼不动杆菌广泛存在医院环境中，是医院感染的重要条件致病菌，鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率逐年升高，临床上已出现了多重耐药、泛耐药菌株，甚至全耐药菌株。泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌株是指仅对1～2种对其感染治疗有效的抗菌药物（主要是替加环素和／或多黏菌素）敏感的菌株，其分离率逐年上升，临床上选择抗菌药物和治疗方案非常棘手。该文就泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染治疗的相关问题进行综述。

Acinetobacter baumannii is an important opportunistic pathogen and common cause of hospital-acquired infections,which is found widely existing in the environment.The resistance rate of Acinetobacter bawnannii is increasing gradually:multidrug-resistance strains,extensive drug-resistant strains,and even pan drug-resistant strains have been reported.Extensive drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii is sensitive only to 1-2 antibiotic drugs(mainly tigecycline and/or polymyxins),and the separation rate has been increasing year by year,which has become a clinical problem of anti-infective therapy.Here is to make a review of the current treatment options for extensive drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infections.
