煤矿主通风机性能测试是一项技术性很强的安全生产检测检验工作,传统的风杯测试法存在工作环境恶劣、数据相对误差大、耗时长等缺点,静压—静压差(或静压—全压差)测试法能够克服这一缺陷;随着矿井井型的提升、轴流式通风机的普及,这一测试方法具有推广意义,该文结合具体实例重点介绍了静压—静压差测风的基本原理及注意事项。

The coal mine main ventilator performance testing is a highly technical safety inspection work, the traditional wind cup test method exist the disadvantages of poor working conditions, the large relative error in the data and time consuming, static pressure-static pressure difference (or hydrostatic- full differential pressure) test method can be enough to overcome this defect; with the enlarging production scale of mine, the popularity of the axial flow fan. This testing method has signiifcance for popularization, combining with the speciifc examples, this paper introduces emphatically the basic principle and the matters needing attention of the static pressure-static pressure difference.
