目的:从乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)分子机制探讨HBV的父婴垂直传播存在。方法:分析感染乙肝病毒的父亲静脉血(其妻子未感染乙肝病毒)和其新生儿脐带血中HBV DNA的基因型。结果:父亲与新生儿HBV DNA基因S序列与HBV DNA B基因型具有高度同源性。结论:感染HBV的父亲可以通过垂直传播的途径传播HBV DNA。

목적:종을형간염병독(HBV)분자궤제탐토HBV적부영수직전파존재。방법:분석감염을간병독적부친정맥혈(기처자미감염을간병독)화기신생인제대혈중HBV DNA적기인형。결과:부친여신생인HBV DNA기인S서렬여HBV DNA B기인형구유고도동원성。결론:감염HBV적부친가이통과수직전파적도경전파HBV DNA。
Objective:To explore the vertical transmission of HBV from father to his neonate through HBV molecular mechanism. Methods:To detect the HBV DNA gene type of the neonate and the father with HBsAg positive but the wife without HBsAg.Results:S gene sequence in HBV DNA of father and his neonate was highly homologous to that of HBV B genotype. Conclusions:The father can transmit HBV to the neonate by vertical transmission.
