目的:观察健康教育小组管理模式在骨科的应用效果,并探究其患者满意度。方法选择从2012年2月-2014年6月于该院接受治疗的108例骨科患者作为研究病例,简单随机分为研究组和对照组两组,对照组患者给予常规健康教育模式进行管理,研究组患者给予健康教育小组管理模式。观察两组患者各项教育依从性情况;并比较两组患者的满意度。结果研究组患者的用药指导、饮食指导、安全防护、运动指导及情绪控制等评分均显著优于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育小组管理模式可以显著地提高患者的依从性,患者满意度高,适合临床长期推广应用。

목적:관찰건강교육소조관리모식재골과적응용효과,병탐구기환자만의도。방법선택종2012년2월-2014년6월우해원접수치료적108례골과환자작위연구병례,간단수궤분위연구조화대조조량조,대조조환자급여상규건강교육모식진행관리,연구조환자급여건강교육소조관리모식。관찰량조환자각항교육의종성정황;병비교량조환자적만의도。결과연구조환자적용약지도、음식지도、안전방호、운동지도급정서공제등평분균현저우우대조조,량조비교,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);연구조환자적만의도현저고우대조조,량조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론건강교육소조관리모식가이현저지제고환자적의종성,환자만의도고,괄합림상장기추엄응용。
Objective To observe the application effect of health education group management in orthopedics ,and to ex-plore the nursing satisfaction. Methods 108 cases of orthopedic patients from February 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were treated, they were simple randomly divided into study group and the control group, the control group were treated with routine health care education, the control group patients were treated with health education group management. Oobserved and compared the care compliance situation;care satisfaction of the two groups. Results Medication guide research group of patients, dietary guidance, safety, exercise instruction and emotional control scores of the study group were significantly bet-ter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the study group with care satisfaction de-gree was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education group management can significantly improve compliance, patient satisfaction with care is high , and it is suitable for long-term clinical application.
