本试验旨在研究羟基蛋氨酸螯合锰/锌替代产蛋鸡饲粮中无机锰/锌对产蛋鸡蛋壳品质及微量元素沉积的影响. 试验采用单因子设计,共设3个组,羟基蛋氨酸螯合锰/锌分别替代基础饲粮中相应无机锰、锌水平的0、50%和100%. 每个组6个重复,每个重复10只60周龄、体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,试验期60 d,分为2个阶段. 结果表明:1)饲粮中不同添加形态的微量元素对产蛋率、平均蛋重、日产蛋量、料蛋比和破蛋率无显著影响( P>0.05);2)使用有机微量元素,在减少微量元素的添加量情况下,不影响蛋品质( P>0.05);3)饲粮中添加有机微量元素可以显著减少粪便中微量元素铜、锌和锰的排放量( P<0.05). 由此可见,在蛋鸡产蛋后期使用有机微量元素有提高产蛋率、日产蛋量和降低料蛋比的趋势;使用有机微量元素在减少微量元素使用量的情况下,降低了粪中微量元素的排放量.
本試驗旨在研究羥基蛋氨痠螯閤錳/鋅替代產蛋鷄飼糧中無機錳/鋅對產蛋鷄蛋殼品質及微量元素沉積的影響. 試驗採用單因子設計,共設3箇組,羥基蛋氨痠螯閤錳/鋅分彆替代基礎飼糧中相應無機錳、鋅水平的0、50%和100%. 每箇組6箇重複,每箇重複10隻60週齡、體重相近的海蘭褐蛋鷄,試驗期60 d,分為2箇階段. 結果錶明:1)飼糧中不同添加形態的微量元素對產蛋率、平均蛋重、日產蛋量、料蛋比和破蛋率無顯著影響( P>0.05);2)使用有機微量元素,在減少微量元素的添加量情況下,不影響蛋品質( P>0.05);3)飼糧中添加有機微量元素可以顯著減少糞便中微量元素銅、鋅和錳的排放量( P<0.05). 由此可見,在蛋鷄產蛋後期使用有機微量元素有提高產蛋率、日產蛋量和降低料蛋比的趨勢;使用有機微量元素在減少微量元素使用量的情況下,降低瞭糞中微量元素的排放量.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of partial replacement of inorganic [ manganese ( Mn) and zinc ( Zn) ] by methionine hydroxy analog chelated Mn/Zn ( Mn/Zn-MHA chelated) on egg shell quality and deposition of trace elements of laying hens. Three groups were arranged to investigate the effects of substituting the mixture of Mn/Zn-MHA chelated for the mixture of corresponsive inorganic trace elements with different levels of 0, 50% and 100%. A total of 180 Rohman laying hens ( 60-week-old) with similar body weight were divided into three groups randomly with six replicates per group and ten hens per replicate. The ex-periment lasted for 60 days with 2 phases. The results showed as follows:1) adding different type of trace ele-ments in diets didn' t significantly affect laying rate, average egg weight, daily egg production, feed egg ratio and the broken egg rate ( P>0.05) . 2) Using organic trace elements could reduce the dosage of trace elements, no significant difference was observed in egg quality between groups ( P>0.05) . 3) Adding organic trace ele-ments in diets could significantly reduce the fecal excretion of copper ( Cu) , Zn and Mn ( P<0.05) . In conclu-sion, it is possible that using organic trace elements in peak period can improve the laying rate, daily egg pro-duction and decrease the feed egg ratio. Moreover, Mn/Zn-MHA chelated can reduce emissions of trace ele-ments in feces with low dosage.
