目的：探讨手术室细节护理管理应用于手术室护理的安全性及临床效果。方法随机性选择2013年4月-2015年5月该院共接受手术患者中的200例，其中2013年4月-2014年4月期间选取100例患者，未实施手术室细节护理管理；2014年5月-2015年5月期间选取100例患者，实施手术室细节护理管理。比较手术室细节管理前后两组患者的治疗效果。结果经比较观察组患者手术过程中的不舒适及术后勉强配合所占比例分别为5.00%和8.00%，明显低于对照组的30.00%和33.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理管理可以增强患者对手术的配合及患者手术治疗的舒适度及安全性。
목적：탐토수술실세절호리관리응용우수술실호리적안전성급림상효과。방법수궤성선택2013년4월-2015년5월해원공접수수술환자중적200례，기중2013년4월-2014년4월기간선취100례환자，미실시수술실세절호리관리；2014년5월-2015년5월기간선취100례환자，실시수술실세절호리관리。비교수술실세절관리전후량조환자적치료효과。결과경비교관찰조환자수술과정중적불서괄급술후면강배합소점비례분별위5.00%화8.00%，명현저우대조조적30.00%화33.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론세절호리관리가이증강환자대수술적배합급환자수술치료적서괄도급안전성。
Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effect of operation room details management for nursing in oper-ation room. Methods Random choice in 2013 April 2015 5 months in our hospital received a total of 200 cases in surgical patients, which in April 2013-2014 during the month of April selected 100 patients, without the implementation of nursing management in operation room details;in May 2014-2015 years 5 months during selecting 100 cases of patients, the imple-mentation of nursing management in operation room details. Conclusion The detail nursing management can enhance the comfort degree and safety of the patients with the operation and the operation of the patients.
