目的 探究IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎的临床特点及其治疗方法.方法 对我院2011年2月~2014年2月接收的10例IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎患者的诊断和治疗过程进行回顾分析.结果 该病在临床上主要表现为胰腺弥漫型肿大,胰腺广泛狭窄,采用皮质激素进行治疗,效果显著.结论 掌握IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎的临床特点,有利于对该病的及时诊断,从而更好地进行治疗,改善患者的生活质量.

목적 탐구IgG 4상관자신면역성이선염적림상특점급기치료방법.방법 대아원2011년2월~2014년2월접수적10례IgG 4상관자신면역성이선염환자적진단화치료과정진행회고분석.결과 해병재림상상주요표현위이선미만형종대,이선엄범협착,채용피질격소진행치료,효과현저.결론 장악IgG 4상관자신면역성이선염적림상특점,유리우대해병적급시진단,종이경호지진행치료,개선환자적생활질량.
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of IgG 4 related autoimmune pancreatitis and its treatment.Methods Selected 10 cases of IgG4 related for the process of diagnosis and treatment with autoimmune pancreatitis from February 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital retrospective analyzed.Results The disease clinically mainly for pancreas diffuse enlargement, extensive stenosis, pancreas with cortical hormone treatment, the effect is remarkable.Conclusion Mastering the clinical characteristics of IgG 4 related autoimmune pancreatitis, is conducive to timely diagnosis of the disease, to better treatment, improve patient's quality of life.
