目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果.方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院接受治疗的子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者66例,将患者随机分为对照组(31例)和治疗组(35例),观察并比较开腹手术和腹腔镜手术的临床疗效.结果治疗组术中出血量少于对照组,术后抗感染时间以及术后住院时间短于对照组;同时治疗组患者的术后累积妊娠率为71.4%高于对照组48.4%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的效果确切,能够使患者的妊娠率提高.
목적 분석복강경수술치료자궁내막이위증반불잉적림상효과.방법 선취2012년1월~2014년1월재아원접수치료적자궁내막이위증반불잉환자66례,장환자수궤분위대조조(31례)화치료조(35례),관찰병비교개복수술화복강경수술적림상료효.결과 치료조술중출혈량소우대조조,술후항감염시간이급술후주원시간단우대조조;동시치료조환자적술후루적임신솔위71.4%고우대조조48.4%,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의.결론 복강경수술치료자궁내막이위증반불잉적효과학절,능구사환자적임신솔제고.
Objective Analysis the effect of laparoscopic surgery treatment endometriosis complicated with infertility.Methods Selected 66 patients of endometriosis complicated with infertility from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital, were divided into the control group ( 31 cases ) and the study group ( 35 cases) , and observed and compared clinical effects of laparotomy treatment and laparoscopic surgery treatment of two groups. Results Patients' surgery bleeding loss in study group were less than the control group, and anti-infection time and their hospitalization days in study group were shorter than the control group, patients' pregnancy incidence in study group was 71.4% higher the control group 48.4%,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective in treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility; it is conducive to improving patients' pregnancy incidence.
