目的:探讨木犀草素直肠保留灌肠对哮喘模型大鼠幼鼠血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素4(IL-4)的影响。方法将80只雌雄各半SD大鼠幼鼠分成空白组、模型组、灌胃组、灌肠组,各20只。运用ELISA法测定血清中IFN-γ及IL-4含量,镜下观察哮喘模型大鼠幼鼠肺组织变化。结果与模型组比较,灌肠组和灌胃组均可明显升高支气管哮喘大鼠血清IFN-γ含量,及降低IL-4含量,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01)。灌肠组与灌胃组病理组织学观察肺组织浸润减少,管壁和平滑肌厚度减少,组织充血水肿现象减轻。结论木犀草素保留灌肠能够降低哮喘大鼠幼鼠血清中IL-4及增加IFN-γ含量。

목적:탐토목서초소직장보류관장대효천모형대서유서혈청중간우소-γ(IFN-γ)급백세포개소4(IL-4)적영향。방법장80지자웅각반SD대서유서분성공백조、모형조、관위조、관장조,각20지。운용ELISA법측정혈청중IFN-γ급IL-4함량,경하관찰효천모형대서유서폐조직변화。결과여모형조비교,관장조화관위조균가명현승고지기관효천대서혈청IFN-γ함량,급강저IL-4함량,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.01)。관장조여관위조병리조직학관찰폐조직침윤감소,관벽화평활기후도감소,조직충혈수종현상감경。결론목서초소보류관장능구강저효천대서유서혈청중IL-4급증가IFN-γ함량。
Objective To explore the influence of luteolin retention enema on interferon rats serum in rat asthma model of gamma (IFN-gamma) and interleukin 4 (IL-4) .Methods The 80 male and female SD rats were divided into blank group , model group ,gavage group ,retention enema group ,with 20 rats in each group .IFN-gamma and IL-4 content in serum were tested by method of ELISA .Rats in the lung tissue of rat asthma model change were observed under the microscope .Results Compared with the model group ,clysis group and the oral group could significantly increase the content of serum gamma IFN-in bronchial asthma rats ,and decreased the content of IL-4 .Significant differences ( P<0 .01 ) .Enema group and oral group histopathological observation of lung tissue infiltration is reduced ,the smooth muscle wall thickness reduction ,reduced tissue edema and congestion phenomenon .Conclusion Luteolin retention enema can reduce asthma in young rats serum IL-4 and IFN-content increased gamma .
