目的：分析血液净化治疗方式在糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis，DKA)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2014年12月发病的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者158例，分为血液净化治疗组和非血液净化治疗组，统计患者一般资料、临床症状、实验室检查、并发症、住院时间，非血液净化治疗组给予小剂量胰岛素持续泵入+补液等治疗，血液净化组给予血液透析或者血液透析滤过治疗。结果①血液净化治疗组患者临床症状、并发症明显高于非血液净化治疗组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②血液净化组患者实验室指标均在4 h左右恢复正常，与非血液净化治疗组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；③血液净化治疗组住院时间较非血液净化治疗组短，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，P越0.023)。结论血液净化治疗能够快速降低糖尿病酮症酸中毒实验室指标，缓解临床症状，缩短住院时间。
목적：분석혈액정화치료방식재당뇨병동증산중독(diabetic ketoacidosis，DKA)적료효。방법회고성분석2010년1월-2014년12월발병적당뇨병동증산중독환자158례，분위혈액정화치료조화비혈액정화치료조，통계환자일반자료、림상증상、실험실검사、병발증、주원시간，비혈액정화치료조급여소제량이도소지속빙입+보액등치료，혈액정화조급여혈액투석혹자혈액투석려과치료。결과①혈액정화치료조환자림상증상、병발증명현고우비혈액정화치료조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；②혈액정화조환자실험실지표균재4 h좌우회복정상，여비혈액정화치료조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)；③혈액정화치료조주원시간교비혈액정화치료조단，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05，P월0.023)。결론혈액정화치료능구쾌속강저당뇨병동증산중독실험실지표，완해림상증상，축단주원시간。
Objective To analyze the effect of blood purification treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis (diabetic ketoacidosis, DKA). Methods A retrospective analysis of 158 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis January 2010 to December 2014, and all were divided into blood purification treatment group and non-blood-purification treatment group. General data, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, concurrent disease, hospitalization time were statistical, non-blood-purification treatment group were given continuous infusion of small-dose insulin and rehydration therapy, blood purification group received hemodialy-sis or hemodiafiltration treatment. Results ①Clinical symptoms, complications in patients treated with blood purification were significantly higher than non-blood-purification treatment group, the difference was significantly (P<0.05) ; ②Labora-tory parameters in patients with blood purification group were returned to normal in 4 hours , which was statistically differ-ent from non-blood-purification treatment groups (P<0.01);③Hospitalization time in blood purification treatment group was shorter than non-blood-purification group, two groups were significantly different (P<0.05, P=0.023). Conclusion Blood pu-rification therapy could quickly reduce diabetic ketoacidosis laboratory parameters, relieve symptoms and shorten hospital-ization time.
