脑出血是常见的一种病死率、致残率颇高的疾病，急性期的危害性更大。尽管临床上治疗的手段很多，如较常应用的药物治疗和手术治疗等，但疗效并不理想。因此，深入研究和探讨脑出血尤其是急性期的相关病理机制，找出更新、更好的治疗方案显得格外重要。该文就脑出血急性期病理机制的研究进展（从原发性和继发性损伤两方面）作一综述。
腦齣血是常見的一種病死率、緻殘率頗高的疾病，急性期的危害性更大。儘管臨床上治療的手段很多，如較常應用的藥物治療和手術治療等，但療效併不理想。因此，深入研究和探討腦齣血尤其是急性期的相關病理機製，找齣更新、更好的治療方案顯得格外重要。該文就腦齣血急性期病理機製的研究進展（從原髮性和繼髮性損傷兩方麵）作一綜述。

Intracerebral hemorrhage is a common disease with high mortality and disability rates ,usually with an even more harmful consequence during its acute stage.Although there are many treatments,such as medications and surgeries,the clinical effect is still less than satisfactory.Therefore,it′s extremely important to take further research and discussion of intracerebral hemorrhage′s underlying pathological mechanisms, especially during its acute stage,to find out newer and better treatment plans.Here is to make a review of the recent advances of pathogenesis of intracerebral hemorrhage at the acute stage from both primary and second-ary brain injuries.
