本试验旨在探讨哺乳母猪饲粮中添加硫酸钠(Na2SO4)与硫酸镁(MgSO4)对哺乳母猪生产性能、粪便评分、血清生理生化指标及仔猪生长性能的影响. 试验采用2×2析因设计,选用体重为(164.50±4.50) kg、健康和预产期相近的第2胎大白妊娠母猪30头,随机分成5组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头母猪):基础饲粮组(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.2% Na2SO4+0.1% MgSO4 组(Ⅰ组)、基础饲粮+0. 2% Na2SO4+0. 2% MgSO4 组(Ⅱ组)、基础饲粮+0. 4% Na2SO4+0. 1%MgSO4组(Ⅲ组)和基础饲粮+0.4% Na2SO4+0.2% MgSO4 组(Ⅳ组). 试验从妊娠母猪分娩开始到仔猪21日龄断奶结束. 结果表明:与对照组相比,1)Ⅲ组显著提高了21 d总泌乳量( P<0.05);2)Ⅲ组显著提高了仔猪断奶窝重和平均日增重( P<0.05);3)Ⅲ组极显著改善了全期哺乳母猪粪便评分( P<0.01);4)Ⅲ组显著提高了哺乳母猪血清催乳素含量,显著降低尿素氮含量(P<0.05). 由此可见,在哺乳母猪饲粮中添加适量的Na2SO4 与MgSO4 可以提高哺乳母猪泌乳量,对改善粪便评分有良好效果,同时对仔猪的生长性能有促进作用.

본시험지재탐토포유모저사량중첨가류산납(Na2SO4)여류산미(MgSO4)대포유모저생산성능、분편평분、혈청생리생화지표급자저생장성능적영향. 시험채용2×2석인설계,선용체중위(164.50±4.50) kg、건강화예산기상근적제2태대백임신모저30두,수궤분성5조(매조6개중복,매개중복1두모저):기출사량조(대조조)、기출사량+0.2% Na2SO4+0.1% MgSO4 조(Ⅰ조)、기출사량+0. 2% Na2SO4+0. 2% MgSO4 조(Ⅱ조)、기출사량+0. 4% Na2SO4+0. 1%MgSO4조(Ⅲ조)화기출사량+0.4% Na2SO4+0.2% MgSO4 조(Ⅳ조). 시험종임신모저분면개시도자저21일령단내결속. 결과표명:여대조조상비,1)Ⅲ조현저제고료21 d총비유량( P<0.05);2)Ⅲ조현저제고료자저단내와중화평균일증중( P<0.05);3)Ⅲ조겁현저개선료전기포유모저분편평분( P<0.01);4)Ⅲ조현저제고료포유모저혈청최유소함량,현저강저뇨소담함량(P<0.05). 유차가견,재포유모저사량중첨가괄량적Na2SO4 여MgSO4 가이제고포유모저비유량,대개선분편평분유량호효과,동시대자저적생장성능유촉진작용.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) and magnesi-um sulfate ( MgSO4 ) on performance, lactation sows feces, serum physiological and biochemical indexes of lactating sows and growth performance of piglets. Thirty healthy second fetal Large white pregnancy sows at body weight of (164.50±4.50) kg with similar pre production period, randomly divided into 5 groups, with 6 replicates per group and each consisting of 1 sow. There were control group ( basal diet) , group Ⅰ ( basal diet+0.2% Na2SO4+0.1% MgSO4), group Ⅱ (basal diet+0.2% Na2SO4+0.2% MgSO4), group Ⅲ (basal diet+0.4% Na2SO4+0.1% MgSO4) and group Ⅳ (basal diet+0.4% Na2SO4+0.2% MgSO4), respectively. Test started from pregnancy to 21 d of lactation in sows. The results showed as follows:compared with control group, 1) group Ⅲ significantly improved the total lactation yield of 21 d of lactation sows ( P<0.05); 2) group Ⅲ significantly increased the weaning weight and average daily gain of piglets ( P<0.05);3) group Ⅲsignificantly improved the quality of lactation sow feces of whole phase ( P<0.01);4) group Ⅲ significantly improved the serum contents of urea nitrogen and prolactin of lactation sows ( P<0.05) . Thus it can be seen in lactation sows fodder add right amount of Na2SO4 and MgSO4 can improve the performance of lactation sows, also have good effect to improve the quality of nursing sow feces, and encourage growth performance of pig-lets.
