目的：观察复阴舒筋法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的疗效和安全性。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组口服芍药甘草汤加减组方的中药颗粒，对照组口服西药巴氯芬，2组疗程均为4周。分别在治疗前和治疗后应用改良Ashworth痉挛量表评估2组患者的肢体痉挛的改善情况，采用Barthel指数评估2组患者日常生活活动能力，观察中医证候情况和安全性。结果治疗组和对照组均可不同程度的改善Ashworth的评分，2组比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；治疗组在改善Barthel评分及改善中医证候方面优于对照组（ P＜0.05），治疗中无严重不良反应。结论复阴舒筋法以通络，柔筋止痉为基本治疗原则，复阴舒筋法可以改善患者脑卒中后肢体痉挛程度。
목적：관찰복음서근법치료뇌졸중후지체경련적료효화안전성。방법장60례뇌졸중편탄환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각30례。치료조구복작약감초탕가감조방적중약과립，대조조구복서약파록분，2조료정균위4주。분별재치료전화치료후응용개량Ashworth경련량표평고2조환자적지체경련적개선정황，채용Barthel지수평고2조환자일상생활활동능력，관찰중의증후정황화안전성。결과치료조화대조조균가불동정도적개선Ashworth적평분，2조비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）；치료조재개선Barthel평분급개선중의증후방면우우대조조（ P＜0.05），치료중무엄중불량반응。결론복음서근법이통락，유근지경위기본치료원칙，복음서근법가이개선환자뇌졸중후지체경련정도。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Fu Yin Shu Jin treatment for limb spasticity after stroke . Methods The 60 cases of patients with apoplectic hemiplegia ,in accordance with the random number table ,were divided into treatment group (30 cases ) and control group (30 cases ) .Treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine granules Shaoyao Gancao Decoction with oral;control group were treated by western medicine baclofen with oral .Both groups were treated for 4 weeks .The limb spasticity improvement were evaluated by the modified Ashworth scale and the daily activity a-bility were evaluated by Barthel index of both patients groups in the pretreatment and post treatment respectively .At the same time ,the TCM syndromes and safety of patients were observed .Results The treatment group and control group are different degrees of improvement in Ashworth scores .Both groups were no significant difference ( P>0 .05 );the treatment group was better than control group on the improvement of the Barthel index and TCM syndrome ( P<0 .05 ) .There showed no severe side effects .Conclusion Fu Yin Shu Jin treatment has really curative effect and high safety in limb spasticity af-ter stroke .
