目的 探究肿瘤坏死因子-α( TNF-α)、细胞间粘附分子-1 ( ICAM-1 )在婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法 回顾性分析齐河县人民医院自2012年10月至2014年10月收治的婴幼儿血管瘤35例的临床资料. 采用免疫组织化学SP染色法对该组患儿血管瘤及正常皮肤中的TNF-α和ICAM-1表达情况进行检测,并对结果进行分析. 结果 ①血管瘤组与正常皮肤组中TNF-α和ICAM-1表达呈阴性(-)、弱阳性(+)、中度阳性(++)与强阳性(+++)的比例比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2 值为4.22~52.54,均P<0.05);②TNF-α、ICAM-1在血管瘤与正常皮肤的表达经Speaman相关分析可见,血管瘤中TNF-α的表达与ICAM-1的表达情况呈现出正相关性(r=0.55,P<0.05). 结论 TNF-α和ICAM-1在婴幼儿血管瘤中表达均呈阳性,与正常皮肤组织的表达情况有明显差异,推测可能与婴幼儿血管瘤的发病具有相关性.

Objective To explore the expressions of tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF-α) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1( ICAM-1) and their clinical significance in infantile hemangioma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 35 cases of infantile hemangioma treated in Qihe County People' s Hospital from October 2012 to October 2014.Immunohistochemical S-P staining method was used to detect the expressions of TNF-αand ICAM-1 in hemangioma group and normal skin group, and the results were analyzed.Results Hemangioma group was significantly different from normal skin group in the proportion of negative( -), weak positive (+), moderate positive(++) and strong positive(+++) expressions of TNF-αand ICAM-1 (χ2 value ranged 4.22 -4.22, all P<0.05).Speaman correlation analysis showed that the expression of TNF-αwas positively correlated with that of ICAM-1 in hemangioma (r=0.55,P<0.05).Conclusion TNF-αand ICAM-1 are positively expressed in hemangioma, which is obviously different from the expressions in normal skin tissues.It is proposed that the positive expressions of TNF-αand ICAM-1 are associated with the pathogenesis of infantile hemangioma.
