根据燕龛选煤厂入选9号、15号煤层原煤高灰、低水、中硫、低发热量,末原煤(-13 mm)灰分偏低,发热量大于20929 kJ/kg等特性,进行了工艺比较,确定其选煤工艺为:200 mm~13 mm级块煤采用重介浅槽排矸;13 mm~0 mm级末煤不分选;3 mm~0.2 mm级粗煤泥采用弧形筛+煤泥离心机回收;0.2 mm~0 mm级细煤泥采用压滤机回收。
根據燕龕選煤廠入選9號、15號煤層原煤高灰、低水、中硫、低髮熱量,末原煤(-13 mm)灰分偏低,髮熱量大于20929 kJ/kg等特性,進行瞭工藝比較,確定其選煤工藝為:200 mm~13 mm級塊煤採用重介淺槽排矸;13 mm~0 mm級末煤不分選;3 mm~0.2 mm級粗煤泥採用弧形篩+煤泥離心機迴收;0.2 mm~0 mm級細煤泥採用壓濾機迴收。

ABSTRACT:According to the coal quality features of high ash, medium sulfur, low moisture and low calorific value of raw coal, as well as lower ash content and high calorific value(>20 929 kJ/kg)of pulverized raw coal(-13 mm) from No.9 and No.15 coal beds of Yankan Coal Cleaning Plant, this paper carries out a processes comparison, and determines the coal preparation process, that is the 200 mm~13 mm level lump coal is separated by dense medium and shallow trough separator for gangue removing, 13 mm~0 mm level pulverized coal is not separated, 3 mm~0.2 mm level coarse coal slime is recoveried by using the arc sieve+centrifuge, the 0.2 mm~0 mm level fine coal slime is recoveried by using press filter.
