目的：探讨修订的中文版改良疾病感知问卷（ IPQ-R）在乳腺癌患者中的适用性，并检验其信效度。方法采取方便抽样法，选取2013年4月—2014年2月中山大学附属肿瘤医院收治的213例乳腺癌患者，进行中文版IPQ-R测量，对中文版IPQ-R的症状识别维度和病因维度进行修订。选取30例患者3周后进行问卷的重测，进行信效度检验。结果修订的中文版IPQ-R在乳腺癌患者中具有较好的信效度：该问卷各维度（除症状识别维度）的Cronbach＇sα系数均大于0.60；重测信度的 ICC 值均大于0.50；症状识别维度各条目的条目水平的内容效度指数（I-CVI）值均大于0.80，病因维度各条目的I-CVI值均不低于0.78；病因维度的探索性因子分析显示各条目的因子负荷均大于0.40。结论修订的中文版IPQ-R在乳腺癌患者中具有较好的信效度，可以作为乳腺癌患者疾病感知的测量工具。
목적：탐토수정적중문판개량질병감지문권（ IPQ-R）재유선암환자중적괄용성，병검험기신효도。방법채취방편추양법，선취2013년4월—2014년2월중산대학부속종류의원수치적213례유선암환자，진행중문판IPQ-R측량，대중문판IPQ-R적증상식별유도화병인유도진행수정。선취30례환자3주후진행문권적중측，진행신효도검험。결과수정적중문판IPQ-R재유선암환자중구유교호적신효도：해문권각유도（제증상식별유도）적Cronbach＇sα계수균대우0.60；중측신도적 ICC 치균대우0.50；증상식별유도각조목적조목수평적내용효도지수（I-CVI）치균대우0.80，병인유도각조목적I-CVI치균불저우0.78；병인유도적탐색성인자분석현시각조목적인자부하균대우0.40。결론수정적중문판IPQ-R재유선암환자중구유교호적신효도，가이작위유선암환자질병감지적측량공구。
Objective To investigate the applicability of the Chinese version of the Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised( IPQ-R)among patients with breast cancer and test its reliability and validity. Methods Using convenience sampling method,enrolled 213 patients with breast cancer who were admitted into the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from April 2013 to February 2014. Evaluation was conducted using the Chinese version of IPQ-R. Symptom recognition dimension and cause dimension in the Chinese version of IPQ-R were revised. Then selected 30 patients to undertake IPQ-R evaluation again three weeks later. Results After revision,the Chinese version of IPQ -R showed superior reliability and validity;the Cronbach's of all the dimensions( except recognition dimension )was above 0. 60;the ICC of test-retest reliability was above 0. 50;I-CVI of each item in the recognition dimension was above 0. 80,and I-CVI of each item in the cause dimension was not lower than 0. 78;the exploratory factor analysis showed that the factor loading of each item in cause dimension was greater than 0. 40. Conclusion The revised Chinese version of IPQ-R is superior in reliability and validity among patients with breast cancer and could be employed as the measuring tool for breast cancer patients'illness perception.
