目的 分析甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取2012年12月~2014年12月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例.对照组采用二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果.结果 观察组血糖达标时间、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,能够控制血糖,减少低血糖反应.

목적 분석감정이도소연합이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병적림상효과.방법 선취2012년12월~2014년12월아원수치적2형당뇨병환자76례,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,각38례.대조조채용이갑쌍고완석편치료,관찰조채용감정이도소연합이갑쌍고치료,대비량조림상치료효과.결과 관찰조혈당체표시간、찬후2 h혈당、당화혈홍단백균저우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의;관찰조저혈당발생솔저우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의.결론 감정이도소연합이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병료효학절,능구공제혈당,감소저혈당반응.
Objective To analysis clinical effect of insulin glargine study metformin in type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 76 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 38 cases. The control group treated with metformin zyban, the observation group used insulin glargine with metformin therapy, compared clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The observation group blood glucose control was at that time, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were less than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, the observation group hypoglycemia rate was lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Insulin glargine with metformin therapy in type 2 diabetic curative effect, can control the blood sugar,reduce the hypoglycemia.
