目的：探讨和评价医院影像中心新建的建设项目的放射卫生职业病危害控制效果，以确保医院工作人员及周围民众的身体健康和生命安全。方法按照相关的检测方法对医院新建影像中心建立的放射卫生防护措施进行严密的检测，并以检测结果为依据，对影像中心的放射卫生防护设施的防护效果进行评价，然后对检测结果和现场调查内容进行分析，最后对该建设项目进行综合性评价。结果研究结果显示，该院影像中心中设置的放射卫生防护设施的效果、相关人员受照射剂量估算、影像中心工作场所及周围环境的辐射水平监测结果、个人剂量监测及职业健康体检结果均符合国家制定的相关标准的要求。结论该院影像中心的放射卫生职业病危害控制效果评价均符合国家相关法律、法律制定的相关标准。

Objective To investigate and evaluation of hospital image center, the new construction project of radiation hy-giene and occupational disease hazard control effect, in order to effectively ensure the health and safety of hospital staff and the surrounding people. Methods In accordance with the related detection method of hospital. Results The results of this study show, set in a medical imaging center; radiological protection facilities of the effect, the relevant personnel by irradia-tion dose estimation, image center workplace and ambient radiation level monitoring results, personal dose monitoring and occupational health examination results are in line with the requirements of relevant standards formulated by the state. Conclusion The evaluation of occupational hazard control effect of radiological health in a hospital imaging center is in line with relevant national laws and relevant standards.
