目的:探讨神经生物学专业研究生培养的有效途径。方法通过剖析历年较为成功的培养实例,深入分析并实践了深化理论知识掌握、注重导师与研究生教学相长、提高实验技能培养以及促进科研创新等培养途径。结果研究生具备了扎实的理论与技术基础,形成了具有基础与临床意义的科研产出。结论以上综合方法的应用是激发研究生主观能动性、提高培养质量的重要保障。

Objective The efficient approaches for culturing the post-graduate student of neurobiological profession are explored.Methods By analyzing the successful instances of recent years, four modalities were defined and practiced:preparing oneself with solid theoretical knowledge;emphasizing the interaction between the mentor and student to improve both sides; enhancing the experimental skill; improving the innovation quality of scientific research.Results Based on this culturing process, student acquired solid experimental techniques and theoretical knowledge and obtained high quality of achievement with basic and clinical significance.Conclusion Through the cultivation of the above-mentioned approaches, the subjective mobility and professional ability of the students have largely improved.
