随着科学的发展和技术的进步，各种硬件技术为优化教育教学提供了支持，录播系统也应运而生。录播系统可以记录课堂实况，方便师生后续的学习。本研究从高校教学特点出发，指出了录播系统在高校教学应用中的现状、问题，并结合软件工程的思想，分析和设计了适合高校教学的录播系统。

With the development of science and progress of technology as well as the supporting of hardware techniques to education and teaching optimization,recording-broadcasting system emerged as the times require.It can record the real-time classroom,and facilitate the follow-up learning. This paper pointed out the current situation and problems of recording-broadcasting system in the application of college teaching,and by combining with the idea of software engineering,analyzed and designed the recording-broadcasting system that is suitable for teaching in colleges and universities considering the characteristics of university teaching.
