冠状动脉微血管性心绞痛是目前临床常见病，其发病机制主要有冠状动脉血流储备功能下降、内皮功能障碍、炎症等方面。幽门螺杆菌、雌激素水平过低、情绪等多因素可诱发微血管性心绞痛。在治疗上，西药作用机制单一，只能从单方面介入病程，不能从整体机制进行调节，而中医在各家理论指导下用药，能起到“多因微效，整合协调”、恢复人体机体平衡、防治疾病的作用。
