目的：该研究对进口红葡萄酒中致病菌分析，为葡萄酒进口监管提供参考。方法依据GB4789.2-2010对6个地区进口的120批进口葡萄酒菌落总数进行分析，并将菌落总数不合格样品进行营养肉汤增菌，选择性平板进行分离培养，采用VITEK2 Compact2全自动鉴定仪进行鉴定。结果120批进口葡萄酒中菌落总数超标有3批，占2.5%，且从不合格样品中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌和尿放线菌等致病菌。结论不同地区进口葡萄酒微生物菌落总数差别较大，要加强监管。

Objective In this research we aimed to access the quality of imported red wine by assaying the pathogens. Methods 120 batches imported red wines from 6 areas were detected. The aerobic bacterial counting was conducted accord-ing to GB4789.2-2010. The unqualified samples were enriched by nutrient broth and the genotype was confirmed by Com-pact 2 equipment. Results 3 batches imported red wine exhibited unqualified aerobic bacterial counts. The result also showed that 2 strains of Listeria monocytogenes and 1 strain of Actinobacillus ureae were isolated from the unqualified red wine. Conclusion The total number of microbial colonies in imported wines are varied greatly in different regions and the supervision should be strengthened.
