目的 了解护理专业流行病学教学情况和效果.方法 对新疆医科大学护理学院护理专业已经修完流行病学课程的本科生开展问卷调查.结果 调查的140人中74.5%的同学对该课程感兴趣,87.6%能够理解并吸收上课教学内容.有32.0%的学生认为学习流行病学对以后工作没有太大帮助,汉族学生与少数民族学生比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.在授课内容的总体安排上,50.2%的学生认为内容丰富,效果好;87.3%的学生反映流行病学(45学时)课程教学课时较长,应适当缩短教学课时.大部分学生认为教师的个人魅力和专业水平对教学效果的影响较大.结论 护理专业学生学习流行病学的目的、兴趣受学校课程设置、教师素质、教材等多种因素的影响.应根据新疆地区民族众多和护理学专业的特点,进行适当教学改革.

Objective To understand the teaching situation and evaluate the teaching effect of epidemiology course among nursing-majored students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of nursing major who had completed the course of epidemiology in nursing school of xinjiang medical university. Results A total of 140 people were investigated, 74.5% of them were interested in the course, and 87.6% can understood and absorbed the class teaching content. 32.0% of them thought that the study of epidemiology was not helpful for the future work. In the overall arrangement of the teaching content, 50.2% of the students thought it was rich in content, the effect was good. 87.3% of the students think the teaching hours of epidemiology ( 45 hours ) course were too long, which should be appropriately shortened. Most of the students think that the teacher's personal charm and professional level of teaching were important. Conclusion Students' purpose and interest in Epidemiology are inlfuenced by the school curriculum, quality of teachers and teaching materials. Appropriate teaching reform should be carried out in this multi-ethnic nursing education environment in Xinjiang.
