目的 探究形成性评价于营养和食品卫生学中实施的效果.方法 选取某学校2014届预防医学专业的42名学生,按照随机分组的方法分为两组,分别为观察组和参照组,各21名.观察组行形成性评价,参照组行终结性评价,对比两组学生的期末考试成绩和医学实验成绩.结果 观察组和参照组学生的期末考试成绩和医学实验成绩具有差异,观察组学生的期末试验成绩较高,参照组学生的实验成绩相对较低, P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组学生的医学实验成绩高于参照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 形成性评价能够对学生的营养与食品卫生知识掌握程度进行有效评价,并提高学生对知识的熟练程度,改善营养与食品卫生学的教学效果.

Objective To explore the application effect of formative evaluation on nutrition and food hygiene. Methods Selected 42 students in 2014 preventive medicine specialty in a school, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 21 cases. To observe the formation of the students in the observation group, the reference group of students in the end of the evaluation, and compared the two groups of students in the ifnal exam results and medical experiments. Results The observation group and the reference group of students final exam scores and medical experiments results had obvious difference, the observation group of students of higher grade in the final test, reference group of students of the experimental results was lower,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The observation group of students of medical experiment results was higher than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Formation evaluation can effectively for students of nutrition and food hygiene knowledge master degree evaluation, and improve students' proficiency on knowledge and improve the teaching effect of nutrition and food hygiene.
