特发性肺纤维化（ IPF）是肺泡上皮细胞损伤、组织异常增生导致的肺部疾病。研究证实，发病机制为多种原因导致肺泡上皮细胞的损伤，最后导致成纤维细胞增殖和肌成纤维细胞聚集，形成成纤维细胞灶。上皮细胞凋亡可能是IPF 早期发生发展的重要因素。炎症反应、细胞内张力、端粒酶活性等因素参与了肺泡上皮细胞凋亡，并在肺纤维化发病的早期阶段起到重要作用。该文对IPF与肺泡上皮细胞凋亡及其机制进行综述。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a disease characterized by epithelial cell injury,prolif-eration of fibroblast and accumulation of myofibroblast,and formation of fibroblast foci.Apoptosis of epithelial cells may be the main initiator of the early development of IPF.Inflammatory response,tension in cells, telomerase activity and other factors may result in the cell apoptosis,playing an important role in the patho-genesis of pulmonary fibrosis in the initial stage.Here is to make a review of the mechanisms involved in alve-olar cell apoptosis and their contribution to the development of IPF .
