目的：探讨第四军医大学口腔医院临床药师对口腔颌面部间隙感染患者开展药学服务的实践与体会，以供临床药学工作者参考。方法：临床药师结合查房中遇到的典型病例及相关用药知识进行分析，分别从医师药物治疗方案制订、护士给药、患者用药及用药后不良反应监测等方面进行药学监护。结果：临床药师参与口腔颌面部间隙感染患者的药物治疗，对医师合理用药、护士正确给药、患者用药交代等进行指导，并监测药品不良反应，确保了临床用药的安全性。结论：临床药师需深入临床一线提供药学服务，发挥自身药学专长，提高临床用药水平，保证患者安全用药。
목적：탐토제사군의대학구강의원림상약사대구강합면부간극감염환자개전약학복무적실천여체회，이공림상약학공작자삼고。방법：림상약사결합사방중우도적전형병례급상관용약지식진행분석，분별종의사약물치료방안제정、호사급약、환자용약급용약후불량반응감측등방면진행약학감호。결과：림상약사삼여구강합면부간극감염환자적약물치료，대의사합리용약、호사정학급약、환자용약교대등진행지도，병감측약품불량반응，학보료림상용약적안전성。결론：림상약사수심입림상일선제공약학복무，발휘자신약학전장，제고림상용약수평，보증환자안전용약。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practice and experience of the pharmaceutical service on the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection by the clinical pharmacists in Stomatological Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University , and to provide reference for the clinical pharmacists .METHODS:The typical cases of clinic and relevant medical knowledge were applied into the analysis by the clinical pharmacists , the pharmaceutical service were conducted in respect of the formulation of therapeutic scheme of physician , administration of nurse , drug use of patients and the monitoring of adverse reactions after the drug was administered etc .RESULTS: The pharmacists participated in the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection , provided guidance for the rational drug use of physician , proper administration of nurse and rational drug use of patients and monitored the adverse drug reactions , so as to ensure the security of drug use in clinic .CONCLUSIONS: The clinic pharmacists should go into the clinical front line to provide the pharmaceutical service , make full use of their pharmacy specialty , improve the level of rational drug use in clinic and ensure the medication safety in patients .
