Financial budgeting plays a key role in budgeting management of hospital. With the furthering of the reform of healthcare and pharmaceutical system, hospitals must continue to upgrade their operation mode and management methods according to the needs of development. By analyzing the status of hospitals as well as the existing problems, this paper ad-vocates several methods to improve financial budgeting of hospital, so that the development of hospital can be maintained in a healthy and sustainable manner.
