目的:分析医院血流感染分离菌的分布和抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床上治疗败血症和菌血症提供依据。方法选取2011年3月-2014年10月采集的血液标本6988份,分离出菌株后进行分析。结果6988份血液标本中,共检出470株病原菌,阳性率为10.4%。470株病原菌中,检出221株革兰氏阳性菌,占47.0%;243株革兰氏阴性杆菌,占51.7%;6株真菌,占1.3%。结论血液培养后结果显示,病原菌主为革兰氏阴性杆菌,病原菌呈现为多重耐药,临床上应当加强合理用药。

목적:분석의원혈류감염분리균적분포화항균약물적민감성,위림상상치료패혈증화균혈증제공의거。방법선취2011년3월-2014년10월채집적혈액표본6988빈,분리출균주후진행분석。결과6988빈혈액표본중,공검출470주병원균,양성솔위10.4%。470주병원균중,검출221주혁란씨양성균,점47.0%;243주혁란씨음성간균,점51.7%;6주진균,점1.3%。결론혈액배양후결과현시,병원균주위혁란씨음성간균,병원균정현위다중내약,림상상응당가강합리용약。
Objective To analyze the hospital blood stream infection distribution and antimicrobial sensitivity of isolated bacteria, provide the basis for clinical treatment of sepsis and bacteremia. Methods Selected in March 2011 to October 2011 blood samples of 6988,after isolated strains were analyzed. Results In 6988 blood samples, a total of 470 strains of pathogenic bacteria detection positive rate was 10.4%. Of the 470 strains of pathogenic bacteria, check out the 221 strains gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 47.0%;243 strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 51.7%;6 strains of fun-gi, accounting for 1.3%. Conclusion After the blood culture, according to the results of pathogen for gram-negative bacillus, pathogens present for multiple drug resistance, should strengthen the clinical rational drug use.
