炎症在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用受到广泛关注。慢性炎症或组织损伤导致的持续性炎症反应通过基因损伤或促炎性因子促进细胞转化，从而诱发慢性炎症以及肿瘤生长。在肿瘤发展的不同阶段，炎症反应发挥了决定性作用，包括肿瘤的发生、发展、恶性转化、浸润和转移等。炎症也影响了免疫监视和对治疗的反应。该文就炎症促进肿瘤发生、发展的研究进展予以综述。
炎癥在腫瘤髮生、髮展中的作用受到廣汎關註。慢性炎癥或組織損傷導緻的持續性炎癥反應通過基因損傷或促炎性因子促進細胞轉化，從而誘髮慢性炎癥以及腫瘤生長。在腫瘤髮展的不同階段，炎癥反應髮揮瞭決定性作用，包括腫瘤的髮生、髮展、噁性轉化、浸潤和轉移等。炎癥也影響瞭免疫鑑視和對治療的反應。該文就炎癥促進腫瘤髮生、髮展的研究進展予以綜述。

Currently,the role of inflammation in tumors development has caused widespread concern. Chronic inflammation or tissue damage resulted persistent inflammation promote cell transformation through genetic damage or pro-inflammatory cytokines,and thereby induce chronic inflammation and tumor growth. Inflammatory responses play decisive roles at different stages of tumor development, including initiation, development,malignant conversion, invasion, and metastasis.Inflammation also affects the immune surveil-lance and response to therapy.Here reviews the research progress of inflammation promoting tumor occurrence and development.
