目的：了解聊城市人民医院（以下简称“我院”）呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况，促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法：回顾性分析2013年3月—8月呼吸内科的200份病历资料。结果：社区获得性肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重为主要病种，使用抗菌药物的患者所占比例为83.00％（166／200），特殊使用级抗菌药物使用率为15.32％，抗菌药物使用强度为105.87 DDDs／（100人· d）。结论：我院抗菌药物的应用比较合理，但仍有些地方应进一步改进。
목적：료해료성시인민의원（이하간칭“아원”）호흡내과항균약물사용정황，촉진항균약물적합리응용。방법：회고성분석2013년3월—8월호흡내과적200빈병력자료。결과：사구획득성폐염、만성조새성폐질병급성가중위주요병충，사용항균약물적환자소점비례위83.00％（166／200），특수사용급항균약물사용솔위15.32％，항균약물사용강도위105.87 DDDs／（100인· d）。결론：아원항균약물적응용비교합리，단잉유사지방응진일보개진。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of antibacterial drugs for inpatients in the respiratory medicine in a certain Third Level Grade A hospital , and to promote the rational utilization of antibacterial drugs . METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on a total of 200 medical records in respiratory medicine from Mar . 1st to Aug.30th 2013.RESULTS:The primary diseases were community acquired pneumonia and chronic obstructive disease with acute exacerbation .The rate of patients with antimicrobial drug using was 83.00%(166/200).The rate of special managed antimicrobial drug using was 15 .32%.Antibacterial drug use density is 105.87 DDDs/( 100 patients· d ) .CONCLUSIONS: The utilization of antimicrobial drug by the respiratory medicine of this hospital is relatively reasonable , but there are still some problems need to be improved .
