肿瘤单一药物治疗的效果往往不佳,且易产生耐药性,因此,肿瘤的多药协同治疗具有明显优势,并逐渐引起重视。本工作基于具有良好生物相容性和生物可降解性的聚乙二醇-嵌段-聚乳酸( PEG-b-PLA)两嵌段聚合物,物理包埋两种化疗药物,阿霉素( Doxorubicin, DOX)和喜树碱( Camptothecin, CPT),实现两种化疗药物的共传输、药物释放与协同给药,表现出良好的抗肿瘤活性。
腫瘤單一藥物治療的效果往往不佳,且易產生耐藥性,因此,腫瘤的多藥協同治療具有明顯優勢,併逐漸引起重視。本工作基于具有良好生物相容性和生物可降解性的聚乙二醇-嵌段-聚乳痠( PEG-b-PLA)兩嵌段聚閤物,物理包埋兩種化療藥物,阿黴素( Doxorubicin, DOX)和喜樹堿( Camptothecin, CPT),實現兩種化療藥物的共傳輸、藥物釋放與協同給藥,錶現齣良好的抗腫瘤活性。

The therapeutic efficiency of tumors upon treating with single drug is usually unsatisfactory, which would probably result in drug resistance. Hence, the multi-drug synergetic therapy against tumors has exhibited some advanta-ges and attracted attention gradually. In the current work, biocompatible and biodegradable poly( ethylene glycol)-b-poly (lactic acid), (PEG-b-PLA), was employed to encapsulate two types of anticancer drug, doxorubicin (DOX) and camptothecin( CPT) . It was demonstrated that dual drug delivery, release, and synergetic drug treatment was realized in the nanocarrier, exhibiting good anticancer activity.
